We’ve already answered a few frequently asked questions for you but we also want to hear from the dealerships and repairers out there using the system. Just to be clear, this site isn’t for queries relating to specific claims; it’s purely to give you some general information about the system.



I work for a retailer can use iClaim 2 for any car?

I am a car dealer offering AutoProtect administered warranties on our vehicles.  Can I use iClaim 2 to submit a claim on a vehicle warranty we did NOT sell?

A

Yes, as a repairer you can submit claims on ANY vehicle, sold by ANY dealer WITH a live agreement administered by AutoProtect. We just need to ensure we have the correct VAT number and bank details for you – email iclaim@autoprotect.net and we’ll check. Otherwise, if you’re sure we have that information and you’re already registered then you can carry on and make the claim. How do I sign up to use iClaim 2?

I’m interested in using iClaim 2 to submit claims on behalf of my customers with your warranties. How do I sign up?

Simply click on one of the GO TO iCLAIM buttons on this site and you’ll go straight to the sign up page. Alternatively just click here.

Can I create my own login?

I want a login that will be easy for me or others in the business to remember. Can I create my own username and password?

A

Yes you can. Use your e-mail address and a password of your choosing when you first register to use the system. You can see how to do this in the video on the instructions page.

Can I upload documents/images to support the claim?

Does the system allow me to send documents or photos if I need to?

A

Yes it does. You can upload Word, Excel and PDF files, photos and even video files.

Can I submit my invoice using iClaim 2?

Once the work is complete and my invoice is ready, how do I send that to AutoProtect?

A

You don’t have to. iClaim 2 will generate the invoice for you (you just need to enter an invoice number and confirm a few details) and we’ll receive it directly via the system. You can watch a video about the process on the instructions page.
